Exhibitor Information

Exhibit Booth Sizes:​

 

Standard Booth               10 x 10'

Silver                                 10 x 10'

Gold                                  10 x 20'

Platinum                            10 x 30'

Diamond                           20 x 20'​​

  • LRL QR scanning of delegates’ badges (with their permission) will give certain registration information (name/designation, city/province, email).

  • 58 10x10' booths available in the exhibit hall

​

*Provided with 10 x 10 booths:

​

  • Table + 2 chairs

  • 1 electrical outlet

  • 1 garbage can

​

Notes:

 

  • There is no carpet on the floor throughout the exhibit hall.

  • Dividers will be poll & drape.

  • 2 representatives are allowed for each exhibit booth, please register their names with us.

  • 2 additional representatives can be registered for $750 each until Friday, April 25th for a maximum of 4 representatives.

  • All booth registered representatives are given access to the exhibit hall ONLY via their badge.

Exhibit Hall Schedule:

Exhibitor set up – Saturday, May 24 – 2:00pm to 6:00pm (ready to exhibit Sunday, May 25, 8am each morning)

Exhibit Hours:


Sunday, May 25            8:00am. – 4:00 p.m.

Monday, May 26           8:00am. – 4:00 p.m.  
Tuesday, May 27           8:00a.m. – 4:00 p.m.  

 

Exhibitor move-out – Tuesday, May 27 – 4pm-8pm (we do not have the Exhibit Hall for Wednesday, May 28)

 

*Lunch will be provided to all registered booth personnel.

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy:​

  • All exhibitor cancellations must be made via email to calapierre@caep.ca.

  • March 2 to 31, 2025—A 50% refund (less $200 admin fee) will be granted or 50% invoiced (+$200 admin fee) depending on payment status.

  • April 1st on—No refunds will be issued.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Please ensure you read if you are shipping material to the advance warehouse or to the show site!

If you wish to book GES Services to help design your booth, set up or tear down, add additional furniture or a carpet to your booth (note floors are cement), book material handling, and arrange advanced shipping, please proceed to the following link.
